RETURNS POLICY
Returns Policy
Jump ropes will always wear down with time and usage so we don't accept returns after repeated use of the products. The cables will last longer if used on gym flooring and with jump rope mats. They can be used on all surfaces but will wear down quicker on surfaces like concrete.
If unused, the item must be returned within 30 days from the day you've received your order, transit times are not included within this time. If you need to return an item, please email us at jump@doperopes-eu.com and we will send return instructions including return address (note return address is in the EU).
Item must be sent back with your order information (order number, item, name, address and email). This is so we can correctly identify your order with the returned item.
All Item(s) must be unused; E.g Jump Ropes should be in original packaging showing no signs of use. Apparel should be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.) - if the returns item appears to show signs of usage, they will be returned back to you and the refund will be rejected.
If an item is deemed faulty or defective and this is flagged to us within 30 days of receipt then we will replace the item.
If your return is due to you requiring a different size, you will need to order the alternative size on site after you have returned the incorrect item.
All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't worry if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't received your refund yet.
Initial shipping costs are refunded (up the standard cost of shipping) but customers need to pay for return delivery of the item back to our warehouse.
As we process items immediately after the order comes in, it is unlikely that we will be able to cancel an order before it is dispatched. In this instance, you would need to return the item back to us once received.
The returned parcel is the customers responsibility up until Dope Ropes has acknowledged that the package has been received.
Any returns received without order information may result in a delay in the processing of your refund.
If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.
