I recently bought the 8mm PVC rope, and I have to say, it is absolutely amazing!
First off, the quality is top-notch, and the rope itself is beautiful—it really stands out. But the real magic is in the performance. The extra weight of the 8mm cord provides incredible feedback, making the workout significantly more intense than a standard speed rope. You can really feel the resistance in your upper body.
