Our Dope Ropes bundles combine our two most popular ropes, the cardio 2.0 and signature beaded jump rope, making them the perfect package for those starting their jump rope journey!

The signature beaded rope offers great feedback, so if you are a beginner and want to learn good technique as well as tricks it provides a great foundation to learn from. It's versatile, adjustable, durable across all surface types too.

The Dope Ropes cardio 2.0 is a 5mm PVC rope. Also suitable for beginners but this rope moves much faster through the air making it more conducive to fast footwork, a cardio workout, speed and double unders.

Both ropes are fully adjustable and come with unbreakable handles with a lifetime guarantee - we will replace once for free if the handles break.

Please note that some colour variations aren't available in bundles!
