GAME 1 - CROSSOVERS I
This game covers the basic crosses and beginner variations of the body cross. There are also some bonus rounds and challenges along the way to further test your stamina and technique.

🕹⚡️ 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗝𝘂𝗺𝗽 𝗥𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 ⚡️🕹 🎮 𝙂𝘼𝙈𝙀 𝟭 - 𝘾𝙍𝙊𝙎𝙎𝙊𝙑𝙀𝙍𝙎 𝙄 🎮 ⭐️𝘽𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙇𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙂𝙖𝙢𝙚⭐️ 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 1️⃣ - 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 Top Tip - aim to scoop your hands towards your pockets to give the rope more rotation behind you. Also reach over enough so that your hands are reaching beyond your hips. 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 2️⃣ - 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟬 It's important to get used to crossing with both your dominant and non dominant hand on top. This level will help you train that from the start! 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 3️⃣ - 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 ⭐️𝘽𝙊𝙉𝙐𝙎 𝙍𝙊𝙐𝙉𝘿⭐️ 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝘾𝙧𝙤𝙨𝙨 𝙇𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙚𝙧 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙤 𝟱 𝘊𝘶𝘳𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩 𝘴𝘤𝘰𝘳𝘦 - 𝟸𝟸 𝘴𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 4️⃣ - 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 5️⃣ - 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗦𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 6️⃣ - 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 Tip - the skill should be performed as in the first 2 parts of the video. The 3rd part of the video may help if you are struggling. By lifting your arms up after the first cross, it will slow things down to give you more time to switch your hands. Then build into the skill being performed at the rhythm of the singles/bounces. 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹 7️⃣ - 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗼 Combine the skills above into a sequence as you wish!
